These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ConvaiBD operated by VOID IT Solution. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
ConvaiBD provides AI-assisted Facebook Messenger automation for business Pages, including message replies, product information handling, image responses, conversation history, and related dashboard tools.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- You must have authority to connect and manage the Facebook Pages you link to ConvaiBD.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
3. Meta Platform Compliance
You agree to comply with Meta's Platform Terms, Developer Policies, Community Standards, and applicable Messenger rules. You must not use ConvaiBD for spam, deceptive practices, unlawful activity, or unauthorized automation.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
- Do not attempt to bypass usage limits, security controls, or another user's data boundaries.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated replies as human responses where prohibited by law or platform policy.
5. Subscriptions and Payment
Paid plans, if applicable, are billed according to the plan selected. Fees are generally non-refundable except as stated in our refund policy or required by law.
6. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated replies are provided as automation assistance. You remain responsible for reviewing business-critical communications and ensuring compliance with your policies and applicable laws.
7. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security risks, or abuse. You may cancel at any time by disconnecting Pages and contacting support for account closure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOID IT Solution is not liable for lost sales, missed messages during downtime, third-party platform outages (including Meta), or AI response quality beyond our reasonable control.
